The Jerusalem Wine festival was held in the sculpture garden at the Israel Museum, and was pretty fantastic. For an entrance fee, they give you a really nice wine glass and let you explore and drink as many Israeli wines as you like. My fear was a night of Manischewitz. Thankfully, I was mistaken and tried some amazing wines, but the winner of the night was the Port, by a landslide.
